She communicated thoroughly through all aspects of the sale—from the beginning listing through the closing—and went the extra mile whenever possible. That included hosting an open house for realtors and and providing their feedback as well as other timely feedback from other open houses and multiple showings. I absolutely recommend her to others considering buying and selling a home. She’s terrific!

As the buyer without an agent, I wasn’t sure how I would be received and treated and she made it a wonderful experience and represented her client well. My only small thing is she was not aware that the home is subject to approval for any changes to the exterior. I researched that and discovered it myself.
