Elite Smiles is an excellent establishment. Dr. Music and his staff are very professional, empathetic and compassionate. Assistants Mary, Angie, and Kelly are friendly, welcoming and very personable to make each patient's experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible! I have been a patient for years; in my opinion - they are exemplary!

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They also speak Spanish! Try many places before and was never happy with the service or work. I'm a happy and loyal customer!

Tommy & Dr. Casconi are great!! Tommy is friendly and does a great job cleaning! Dr. Casconi is personable and does a thorough exam! Honestly the best dental team I have ever experienced!!!

This is the best dental office! Everyone is so kind, and the assistants really try to get to know you. The hygienist cleaned my teeth very well. I am going to bring my whole family here.

I am new to the Louisville area and I was looking for a great dentist office. I absolutely found that with Elite Smiles!
Everyone in the office is very welcoming, friendly and there is no wait time! The ladies at the front desk are very thorough when going over insurance information so you are aware of your costs and there are no surprises. Thank you for making my transition to a new dental office an easy one.

The ladies there are always so sweet. And they make sure that you are taken care of! And if something didn’t end up correct, they are very good about making it right! Dr Casconi is the best and will go out of her way to make sure things are perfect and feel right!

All the staff are friendly and courteous, Dr’s Music and Casconi are excellent as well. A little concerned when Dr Woock retired but now my fears have been put to rest with the new Dr’s. Very happy.

My hygienist Ali was great. She was gentle but thorough. I loved Dr Woock but really appreciate Dr Music and the time he takes and his manner.

The entire staff from the receptionists to the dental hygienists were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were upfront and detailed about everything I needed to know with teeth cleaning and how to prevent decay. I came from a very bad experience with my last dentist so I'm very impressed with Elite Smiles!

I had to have a crown and it was as pleasant as dental work can be. (Seriously, no one enjoys dental work, right?). Dr. Music did an excellent block and was very careful to avoid hurting me. Mary, his assistant, managed to assist him while keeping me distracted with conversation.

I've been a patient since before Elite Smile acquired Dr. Woock's practice. I was concerned that the new organization & Dr's might not be of the same level I'd become accustomed to. It's been awhile now and very happy with everything. They are great about appointment reminders (call & text), very friendly team and Dr. Casconi is easy going, consultative & thorough. Happy they have continued to run a great practice. Highly recommend.

Dr Music was very informative & efficient... his assistant was too.
He removed an old filling & replaced it with a new one, then placed a temporary crown on the tooth.
The procedure was absolutely painless.

Switching dentists as an adult is kind of scary. I went to my family dentist my whole life until they no longer accepted my insurance. I was SO pleased with my experience at Elite Smiles. From the convenient location to the warm and welcoming staff. My dental hygienist, Ali, was excellent. She did a great job of educating me on why I should take the dental care suggestions she had provided. Also, she and I chatted easily without me feeling like I had to talk the whole time while she was cleaning my teeth. Which can be very awkward with some dental hygienists. Thank you Elite Smiles!

As weird as it is to say, I actually look forward to going to Elite Smiles. Everyone is so friendly, and they always do an excellent job. The employees are so good at what they do, from receptionists to hygienists to Dr Music. I’ve been using them for 14 years now, and cannot recommend them highly enough!
