Job was well done except for the orb weaver on my front porch that I asked him to leave alone. Rest in peace OW. You were a good mother. Seriously, the technician was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and addressed any concerns I had. He just forgot to leave the Orb Weaver.
