Seriously, the technician was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and addressed any concerns I had. He just forgot to leave the Orb Weaver.

Can not say enough good things about them! Super friendly over the phone. The exterminator was a little early, so I liked that! Very professional, and very friendly. He went right to work. The yearly contract fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue my contract with them in the years to come.

All of the service techs are so friendly while still being efficient. Any time I call the office, they are very friendly and ready to help. They hold our termite policy and we have used them for spiders and Asian beetles and we’ve not had any issues persist after treatment.

We established a termite policy with Elite a year ago and just had our first annual inspection after initial treatment. Every contact I’ve had has been excellent from the office staff on the phones to the professional but also personable technicians. My original salesman/technician was happy to provide some insight and advice about a pest we deal with around our yard. My technician for inspection this year provided information about signs to watch out for as we approach spring. Above and beyond the quick flashlight in the corners and taking my check that I have experienced in the past. Excellent customer service!

Elite is…..elite! They’ve been my go-to for regular check ups for the last 2 years. Every quarter they give me a call to schedule me and they have incredible, prompt service. It can be nerve wrecking letting a stranger in your home but every single person who has come out has been amazingly kind and personable. Not to mention that their prices are extremely reasonable!
