In my opinion Cindy Ellis is the best representative you have. From the beginning, she was open, honest and very direct giving us what she considered best practices for our specific situation in order that we get the best price for our property.

Since we actually own a compound consisting of multiple buildings, she priced the property accordingly. When bids came in, she did not jump on the first offer. Rather, Cindy was extremely professional in handling all offers, allowing for multiple viewings to ensure the best set of circumstances to rise up out of negotiations. As a result, we were able to secure top dollar in a timely manner meeting our time frame.

Cindy stayed in continual communication to pass on information from potential buyers. She discussed all aspects of the buying cycle so we fully understood the process. She offered encouragement and support quelling the anxiety one feels with a transaction of this size.

I can’t say enough about Cindy. I have personally recommended her to others I know are looking for an agent. She is simply the best representative a seller could have.
