Our oven quit working & tripped the breaker. The problem turned out to be failed connections in the wiring which partially burned some of it. It was quite a mess! Office responded quickly to my message and was able to scheduled the work in a short time frame. They replaced a broken ceiling fan in room with 18-foot ceiling. As part of the service, they touched up the ceiling paint (I provided paint) to ensure that new fan mounting would not leave unpainted area from older fan mount (which was larger), quickly worked through splicing the wires, assembling and hanging the fan, and ensured that the fan and lights worked properly. This was a tough job due to ceiling height, but the two-person crew handled it professionally and carefully. Will use again if an electrical need arises.
