We went under contract on what we thought was our dream home but when EIB got on the property and started looking at the electrical and plumbing, the house was a mess. Kyle with EIB saved us tens and thousands of dollars on repairs to the many different systems in that house. We found a second house and Kyle was able to get out to the property within a few days. His work is very thorough and he went through his entire report with us, step by step. We were so happy to have found a veteran run business to support and the quality of the service was top notch!
