Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that I would receive the service and respect that I was given. On Friday the 22nd, Justin Best was amazing. I was able to have my husbands truck delivered for him for Christmas, all by the hands of Justin. He was amazing to work with. You guys have a true winner with him. I would give him 10 stars!!! I punctured a tire during severe weather and Ford 24/7 Roadside dispatched a service to change it and I contacted Edwards Wednesday who ordered my tire, received it in less than 24 hours, and had it on my vehicle Thursday afternoon + they were able to squeeze in an upcoming oil change and tire rotation while they were at it — all in less than an hour. Prompt and efficient — exactly what I needed to get me safely back on the road.

I have put off writing this review until there was some service that went along with the sales process for Edwards Ford. But after a few months of owning the vehicle that I bought from Edwards Ford, I can say emphatically that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. from start to finish, the sales process was smooth and fair. I have had the car serviced several times cents and not only was the service department, fast and efficient, but the rates that they charged for service for extremely fair given that it is a dealership. Will absolutely be sending people their way, and will use any chance I get.

Expert service, fair prices, easy to deal with, detailed explanations, trustworthy and straightforward. I don't even go anywhere else for service anymore. I like the oil change service they call "The Works" because it's more in-depth and they check everything out as opposed to those quick oil change places, yet barely charge much more. I highly recommend Edwards.

I’d like to thank the Edwards Ford Service team for helping me out this week. Just prior to a business trip, my truck had an engine issue which required a diesel engine technician to repair. After several calls to local dealers and no appointments available for 4 - 6 weeks, I decided to stop at Edwards Ford to see if they were able to help - I was up against a deadline. Without hesitation, they said leave it there and they’d have it done by my departure time. Sure enough, they called me the day before and I had no issues on the 500 mile drive. If you’re looking for someone to work on your Ford in the Keowee area, taking it to Edwards. You won’t be disappointed. Chuck

Edwards , did a good job on my truck but it was much slower on my oil change . I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours longest every. I’m sure it was a labor problem as always. I’ll definitely be back maybe better next time.

Positive experience in every way. My appointment didn't go through on internet so I will call to book appointments. They did my oil change anyway without any issues. Didn't have to wait. Paul Harris was very professional and helpful. Waiting area was clean with good coffee. Price was great and you have certified mechanics doing the work.

I use Tigers Ford for service of my Ford edge and 150. These guys take their time, do the job right and since I have an extended warranty and service plan I never pay them. The service/warranty company does. Highly recommend using them to service your vehicle.

Outstanding! Jimmy honored a competitor’s coupon and made up for service another local dealer neglected. He got me in the day after I called even though I know they stay busy. Very friendly and professional. They are just what I’ve been looking for in a dealer service center.
