Aaron’s place is great. He does his absolute best to make you feel welcomed. He is also very accommodating and responsive to emergencies or maintenance. The house is modern and so large, I couldn’t hear if my roommates were home. I also feel really safe with all the security systems. The cleaning service is phenomenal and the home goods provided are such a perk!

Great place to stay for travel nurses and individuals moving to Seattle. Ballard is a great neighborhood to stay. Aaron is great he is easy to reach and is very flexible with month to month rent.

I've been renting with Dwelzi for the past 2 months and it has been one of the best renting experiences I've ever had. Aaron the landlord is responsive, accommodating, and gracious. The property is in an amazing location and is maintained very well, it's new, clean and so affordable. I highly recommend Dwelzi to anyone!

I was hesitant to moving in with housemates but Dwelzi's process of introducing me via zoom to who'd I'd be living with before commiting took that fear away. The house is super clean and the amenities are unbeatable. Aaron our landlord is extremely accommodating and responsive. I'd recommend Dwelzi to anyone!
