FacebookHaving firsthand knowledge of Dutchman as a dealer who sells my products I became a customer of theirs. I was in a jam, needing someone quick, needing to leave town, but not wanting to leave with my questionable system, they came out within hours. The tech was knowledgeable, thorough and took care of the issue as well as instructed me with a few future tips. Above and beyond in my book. I’m glad to do business with them in all capacities.

GoogleWe’ve used Dutchman for about one year now and are part of their maintenance plan. We’ve always had prompt service that we’ve trusted. We recently replaced our entire HVAC thru Dutchman. It was a big job that took all day. They were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up and left the place as it was found. We did end up having an issue and went w/out heat for a night, I called first thing in the morning and they immediately dispatched someone out and he resolved the issue quickly. Good trustworthy business that is responsive and seems to truly care about its customers. I highly recommend!
BBBExcellent customer service from the entire Dutchman team from scheduling the appointment to Matt who came out and serviced our furnace and humidifier. Matt has been here the last few visits and is prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous.

BBBSwitched to Dutchman after using other companies. Had problems with poor ventilation and techs had no clue. Matt is our tech. Found the problem and the rooms are great. He’s knowledgeable professional and really a nice guy. Jaime in the office is great. She’s so friendly and always helpful. These employees would be tough to replace. Very pleased customer!

GoogleA friend had recommended Dutchman, so I called them up to get an estimate on replacing my furnace and ac. They installed a new furnace at the beginning of winter 2018, when the very old furnace had died. In addition, I decided to replace the older air conditioner unit too. The gentlemen that came out were very professional, polite, and prompt. They did an excellent job. Due to the weather being cold outside, they installed the air conditioning unit but said that it should not be started until the weather gets warmer. Clint, who was one of the people who did the installation, came back and checked the fluids, the airflow, etc, and ensured that everything was working properly. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the other installers’ names because they were great too. Jamie (sp?) was the person that I had talked to at the end of last year, and she was always patient, polite, and professional too. I have had the pleasure of interacting with others too and all of the experiences have been great. I recommend their business to friends and family.

GoogleI can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Dutchman Heating and Cooling Inc. The workers from Dutchman on my project were polite, hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the quality of work that they provided at my home. I moved here about a year ago, and I plan to use Dutchman for all my future heating and cooling needs.
GoogleDutchman is so far superior to anyone I’ve ever used. In my decade owning a home I’ve tired many companies and by far Dutchman’s has been the most honest and informative. There was never an upsell or hard sell—just knowledge and options available shared. Clint was exceptional, he answered questions I’ve asked my previous heating and cooling team before and got no answer. He shows me the water flow and provided solutions to the over flow! I was amazed! Clint showed me the humidifier and my furnace filters, made Recommendations on where to be the cheapest and best filters. I felt like my Dad came over to my house and make it its best. I wish I found them sooner!
GoogleSo on the last hot day in October my 23 year old air conditioner went out. Got 3 reputable contractors to give me bids on a new 3 ton single stage unit. One was way high (over $8k) and the other tried pushing me to do the furnace too which worked fine, but at least he was somewhat more reasonable. Dutchman came out and quoted me on 2 different units. We plan to move in the next 7 or so years so i went with the cheaper option which was about 5300. Installers were friendly and on time. Job site totally cleaned up after and boy does the new AC coil look nice instead of the mangled sheet metal that was there before. Wont know how the unit performs until spring, but they said they will come out for a spring start up to check everything over at no charge. Couldn't be happier! A+
