I needed some old cast iron drain pipes in my basement replaced and called Drain Solutions Plus after another company failed to respond to my call. Dennis responded quickly and arrived when promised. We discussed various options in some detail and Dennis emailed a detailed quotation shortly thereafter. The work was performed quickly, on schedule with good workmanship and with as little disturbance as possible and Dennis' suggestions for the scope details of the work proved well founded. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and would not hesitate to use them again.

Fidel was extremely professional, knew what the problem was and went to work right away. When problems were encountered, due to very old plumbing, he sought a reasonable solution, went to get the needed parts and was back in a very short time. I have Fidel as my Sewer and Drain Technician for today September 25, 2023. He came earlier as expected when my landlord told me that he will arrived within an hour but he came earlier than expected around 45 mns he already knock on my door. He is so honest and informative to explain what problem we re having through. He even adviced me some tips to prevent having the same issue again. If we are going to have problems again I wish they send us Fidel again for he is so professional, nice, friendly, and honest. Highly, and will definitely recommend to other's, and specially with my friends. Thumbs up to you Fidel and stay safe all the time.

Drain Solution Plus saved the day after a previously hired handy man couldn’t fix the issue. Fadel was able to fix the completely clogged and unusable kitchen sink very quickly and was really knowledgeable overall. After the first service job was completed, I continued reaching out for various plumbing jobs in my apartment and have even referred them to several people. They are always quick to respond, dependable, and very experienced. They are now my go to guys! Highly recommend this company!!
