I recently met with Dr. Haddock regarding a second reconstruction after a difficult experience following my double mastectomy. While I have not had surgery yet and can’t speak to the final outcome, my experience so far has been very positive. The office is welcoming, the staff has been kind and professional, and Dr. Haddock had an honest, compassionate bedside manner that made me feel heard and comfortable during a very vulnerable process. I am hoping the procedure goes well and results are great.

I received prior confirmation of my appt and was able to complete all first visit forms to make check in a breeze. The reception was kind and informative. I was seen in a timely fashion and the nurse was also helpful and reassuring. As I waited to be called I visited with several ladies waiting to be seen and nothing but high praises for Dr. Haddock. Dr. Haddock was very professional, offered the most recent innovation that met my particular need perfectly. Incredibly happy and wonderful experience with Dr. Haddock. I've now had 3 surgeries with Dr. Haddock following my mastectomy: 1) reconstruction with tissue expanders, 2) reconstruction with implants and fat grafting, and lastly, 3) nipple reconstruction with fat grafting. From start to finish, Dr. Haddock has been caring and compassionate and listened to what I wanted. He and his staff are amazing with aftercare-- I have emailed them multiple times and always had a thoughtful response within minutes. On the business side, I had some insurance issues/denials and Dr. Haddock personally called my insurance company and straightened things out. Results-- Dr. Haddock is a perfectionist and does amazing work. I couldn't be more happy with the appearance of my reconstruction. I had a previous lift/implants before, and my final reconstruction looks better than my breasts did before. I am thrilled with my results and would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through a similar experience

I was referred to Dr. Haddock by my oncologist in Arkansas. I was very worried that this 6 hour trip down here would be a waste of my time and I would end up disappointed. But what did happen was I left feeling so relieved and excited about what he can do to help me. Dr. Haddock and his team are amazing. I was deciding between Dr. Haddock and another doctor at MD Anderson in Houston, and I chose Dr. Haddock because I was impressed in our first meeting with his knowledge and proposed game plan for me. I had a bilateral prophylactic mastectomy that included both DIEP and LAT flaps. Throughout the entire process Dr. Haddock and his team were professional and explained the pros and cons and were patient answering all my questions. They had to adapt a couple times and I trusted them completely throughout the process. I am happy and grateful with the results but even more thankful for Dr. Haddock’s support throughout the entire process because it’s a scary and emotional journey. I highly recommend him and his team…you will be in the best care.

Dr Haddock was amazing both before and after my mastectomy. He was informative, assuring, knowledgeable, patient with our endless questions, kind, professional and easy to get ahold of either directly or with his staff. The surgery went exactly as he predicted and accomplished everything we planned. Im still in the middle - have had the mastectomy, the drains removed and expanders in.
