Had a problem with my spa emptying every time my circulation pump went off. Talked to Don at DQ Pools in the evening and he was here the next morning to diagnose the problem and get his employee Jamie out to fix it. I could tell when I bought the house that the pool equipment was old and poorly maintained so I was not shocked when I had a problem. Unfortunately, being novice pool owner I had no idea where the problem was or how to fix it. Fortunately, DQ did. As they went thru the process, they pointed out other potential issues and told me they could wait attention if I wanted to wait. I chose to get everything done at once and they were able to quickly correct everything at once including replacing the Spa light.
Thanks to Don and Jamie everything on the pool/spa is functioning properly for the first time since I've owned it.
Priceing was fair and reasonable and I would recommend DC Pools to everyone who wants great service, quality work at a fair price.

Amazing Pool Company!!! I've had 4 other companies come to my house and tried to fix my infinity pool without any success. One company told me he tried but" those infinity edges are really tricky" and he couldn't fix it. But DQ pools had my pool working perfectly for the first time in a year and a half... My pool heater had been limping along for a few months. It finally lost the will to live😔. I called DQ pool service and discussed my replacement options with Donald. He ordered a quality heater with a great warranty and was able to install it the next day! He was prompt and professional. Not only did he clean up his work area, but he also arranged to have my old heater taken away. My pool was warm & toasty within hours..perfect for a December swim!

My pool pump and motor completely broke down. After doing some research, I contacted DQ and Donald came out to my home on his way home. After Ian, DQ pools and Don were spectacular. He was responsive when other companies wouldn’t even call us back. He visited our community on two different occasions to assess what needed to be done and provided a very detailed quotation. He was able to source all of the equipment needed and committed to finish the pool clean out and replacement of pumps/heaters/filters within two days! Since the pool has been up and running he has stopped numerous times to check on the chemical levels and make sure everything was working properly. Thanks to Don and DQ pools our owners are able to have a sense of normalcy by using the pool. Thanks, Don!!
