Walt’s crew did a fantastic job putting in the drain system in our basement. The guys were prompt, always working and completed the work in 4.5 days. We had to have the steps replaced and they look great. I’m glad we hired them. There were no surprises on the final invoice either!! I would definitely recommend them.

We recently found water in our crawl space and basement. We were so lucky to stumble across Down Under Waterproofing. Walt was able to come by the house the same day to evaluate the issues and give us a quote. Down Under Waterproofing was able to fix foundational/structural issues, and install perimeter drains and sump pumps in a timely manner and at an exceptional price. We also received a lifetime guarantee for the structural repairs.

I cannot express how thankful we are for finding Down Under Waterproofing. Owning a house can be extremely stressful especially when things go wrong. Knowing the crawl space and basement repairs/work have been done correctly has relieved so much stress. Although we hope we have no further issues with our house, we will definitely be giving Down Under Waterproofing a call if we do.

Walt and his team did an excellent job on a massive project for us along the entire back foundation of our building. They basically redid all of the shoddy work that the original builder of our building had done -- and made it all better. They dug deep into the ground and cleared construction debris that had been carelessly left there. They waterproofed the foundation, installed new drains, and replaced the sump pump and snaked it into a retention basin. They redid all the pavers we used to have, and made the patio look like new. The workers worked tirelessly and were very polite. Thanks!
