I arrived home at 3:30 in the afternoon to find that my spring on my garage door had broken. I made the phone call to Door Doctor at 3:50 to speak with Donna who was exceptional in getting someone to my home immediately, sensing my urgency in the matter. Billy had arrived at my home at 4:10 to my surprise and had my garage door up and functional within 35 minutes. Talk about exceptional customer service and exceeding my expectations. If you are in need of servicing your garage door these are the people you need to call, hands down. In this situation they could have taken the opportunity to over charge me for the convenience of having someone out right away but they did just the opposite. Hands down a wonderful company to deal with in all regards.
