Brandon communicated well for a move-out clean and sent photos/videos of the carpet after it was done and even got some long established stains out! Only thing that would make it 5 stars would’ve been better communication around confirmation leading up to the appointment.

We had torrential rains in Omaha on Tuesday. Our basement carpet was saturated with rain water. We were in a time crunch to get the carpet cleaned and deodorized and vacuumed. Brandon was very professional and just a super nice guy. We called to get the carpets cleaned in our living room and stairs while we were waiting for our new couch to be delivered. He squeezed us in on the same day within 2 hours of our first conversation. He was in and out in less than an hour and the house smells fantastic! I would definitely recommend and will use him the next time I need cleaning.

Brandon, absolutely ruled. My mom passed very suddenly, and I completely signed up to have a reception (following the memorial) at my house. Now, fully realizing a strong-willed lab puppy has spent lots of time at my house, the carpets have taken a beating from the little butthead.. Again, my house was on the block for hosting 100+ people for the reception, and I didn’t want that for anyone who came in (stains, smell, etc). I called Brandon, explained the expediency of my need, and he completely came thru, on time, and with high quality. He was able to remove the organic stains (as he put it) and overall provide a great experience for all of my families guests without having to smell or see the existence of pets. I rarely write reviews, but I do highly recommend DoneRight (Brandon), love that he’s a family man with a huge heart, and out here just making it happen for himself and his; I will always respect that. I will definitely use Brandon (DoneRight) again without question. I got another room for ya and a few more rugs, buddy! Again, just really appreciated the service and overall natural empathy. Keep killing it, dude!
