Brakki is the best. He came here on time, checked out my system, changed out my 15 year old rollers, and programmed my remote garage door opener to my Genesis G70, something the dealership couldn't do and sold me a new secondary remote and programmed it as well.. Bryan was great. He was professional, on time, very efficient, and knew exactly what to do. He only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to have me buy anything beyond what was needed. Bryan went above and beyond when I asked him for help with a wi-fi purchase I had previously made.

Our garage door became an "urgent matter" when we discovered it was not closing properly. After reading the Google reviews, I found Duke's Garage Doors, a local business. Literally same day service. Our Svc Tech Bryon provided a few recommendations on our 21 year old garage door. We chose the most logical repair....install a new Linear system. Pleasant experience from start to finish. After scheduling, I received a text message about the technician who was coming out and a link to track his location and arrival time.
Devonte' arrived, introduced himself and accessed the repair needed. He made logical suggestions, based on wear signs and provided me with a written estimate. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and I was able to get on with my day. Afterwards, I received an electronic receipt along with warranty paperwork.
I was extremely happy with the service provided and thought the price was reasonable for the most part. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

July 5, 2016 - Brian has been to our home twice for garage door problems. The first time, the main spring was broken - which he replaced in addition to a few other minor things. Today we had to replace the Operator system (16+ years old). When my husband called the company and explained our problem, he asked for Brian. Message passed on and he came prepared to make the replacement . We have said if anyone needs this service, Brian and your company would be our first recommendation. In addition, the lady who takes calls is top rate. Wish more businesses were like yours.

They told me exactly what they did for the maintenance, explained about new estimates for replacements parts maintenance. Told me how many visits I had left on my plan. I contacted DGD early in the morning, and they had a technician to my house within the hour. The technician indicated that he was not familiar with the equipment that I was using, however, through diligence and a strong desire to make sure that I was satisfied, he contacted the manufacturer of my garage door opener, and ensured that everything was connected prior to leaving. He was friendly, courteous, and spent some time talking With my elderly mother.
