GoogleNykolas was our Service Technician, and was extremely professional. The reason he and his company get 5 stars is because they follow direction, listen to our concerns, and don't come across sales trying to up-sell up-grade etc. I requested a courtesy call 30 min prior to the appointment and Nykolas called exactly 30 min prior. Sounds like no big deal, but it is, and We appreciated that. Also, he gave us time to think about the repair that we needed, not put us in a corner and (timeshare sales) us. I am a Realtor and Inspector here locally and I typically use Branch, but after this experience I will not only use Discount Garage Doors, but will now refer them to all my customers, both Inspections, and Real Estate.
