Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Discount Garage Doors Inc rebuilt my garage door in 2011 and gave me a thirty year warranty! They came back today for an adjustment. We are very satisfied.

The technician, Jaden, phoned to let me know that he was able to arrive early. Good for him! The problem I had (of course) didn't exist when he arrived. He, nevertheless, explained not only how it happened, but also how to prevent it in the future. And I was not charged for that. I needed other work done, which he completed quickly. Overall experience was great..polite, professional and priced reasonably. Three P's of business.

I’ve had three doors installed by DGD. Scheduling and customer service people are terrific! Installers are efficient, clean and courteous. Quality is phenomenal! I have had problems getting my remotes to learn. Every time I would program one the others would be knocked out. The DGD tech that came was on time, courteous, and even called with an updated estimated time of arrival. He quickly fixed all the remotes and inspected the door and its opener. Great company who will continue to have my business.

DGD promptly added me to their busy schedule. Upon arrival the tech did an amazing job educating my wife and I as to the priorities we needed to consider. He did NOT pressure us at all. We are very satisfied with our new door. Beautiful look and very quiet. Only complaint was communication relayed. Salesman said 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks they said no it's 5 to 6 weeks. Actual was 8 weeks.
