This is the second time I have used DGD. They are very professional and courteous. I chatted on line with them on Sunday and they had someone out the next day. Bryon was the gentleman that came to the house and he was very nice, professional, timely and courteous. Bryon took his time to explain everything to me, I chose what was best for my situation, he went right to work and I have a wonderful new garage door opener! Thank you DGD, I have recommended you to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Discount Garage Doors was out to fix our garage door. The technician that came was Alex Spade. Alex was very knowageable, polite and courteous and professional. I would recommend Alex to anyone that needs their garage door fixed. He called me when he would be here and he was right on time. Thank you for a job well done Alex.

Ok, so they’re pretty great. Called up, waited on hold for just a few minutes, then talked to a human who clearly knew what they were doing. They could’ve come out that very day, but I wasn’t available, so they were there early the next morning. The tech, Alex worked quickly and efficiently, explained the possible charges, fixed it for the least expensive $$$ number, in record time, then gave me a free tune-up and fixed a hanging wire all while teaching me things I need to do with my garage door out in SLC. Great guy. Great company. Highly recommend.

I called DGD at 08:45 last night with a broken garage door spring and I was put on schedule for today 10/26/21 Tyler called me first thing this morning to say he was on his way. He was very professional and took time to explain everything to me that it took to fix my garage door. I highly recommend Discount Garage door for all your garage door needs.

Saturday a scheduled service technician came out to my home to assess the problem with my garage door. I unfortunately was called into work early that morning. I had no choice but to go work and I really needed my garage door fixed. I instructed my daughter to let him in and to call me on speakerphone upon his arrival!!! Single moms have to what we have to do!!! I was quoted $550 as the total price!! Upon my arrival home I saw that I was charged $648.00!!! Disgusting!!!!! I will never use them again and plan to make a complaint with the BBB!!!

I called with a problem in the morning and Randy was here early afternoon. He told me what was wrong and proceeded to examine the door and gave me options as to what I could do. He repaired my door and it is now operating as it did when it was new. Randy was knowledgeable and pleasant and I would definitely recommend DGD.

The technician came 2 hrs before our window on Friday Oct 15th. He was courteous and knowledgeable and quickly fixed our problem (needed new springs installed) so our garage door is now operating perfectly. We are very happy with the service we were given. Last week, our garage started malfunctioning and we tried to troubleshoot but could not figure out the problem. I called DGD because it was the name and number on the sticker on our garage door opener! They gave me a date and time (a few days later) for the free service call. When the day arrived, Bryon was prompt and knowledgeable. He walked us through several options for solutions and warranties, and was honest and helpful about each step. When we made the decision about which option for repair, he moved quickly to get the work done THAT SAME DAY! He stayed late to get the job done, thoroughly explained all the updates, and patiently answered all our questions afterwards. We appreciate Bryon and are very pleased with our service from DGD!

We needed some repairs done on our garage door so I called a few garage door companies. DGD were the only ones to make and keep the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called to let me know the time frame the technician would be out. A little while later I got a call form Brian saying he was on the way. When he arrived he introduced himself and started assessing the project. Brian offered a few options and even spoke of a new door but he was not a pushy salesman type. He explained everything to my satisfaction and made it easy to decide which options to choose. We ended up getting some of the recommendations he made because he told us the functionality of them in a very easy to understand language. When Brian finished the work, our door moved and sounded like it was a brand new door. We would recommend Brian and DGD for being so prompt, professional and friendly.
