This is a great company, with great technicians!! Our technician, was Daniel and he provided us with exceptional service. They stand behind their repairs We had a repair done on a Wednesday and the next day we occurred another problem . It was imperative that we get our door fixed as we had potential buyers coming the next day. Daniel made another emergency trip to repair the problem. It was amazing that a company like DCD cares enough to take of its customers, and make sure that your repairs are done right and in such a timely manner. Thank you DCD. From the quoting process through actual installation, service was exceptional. Our technician Joe was awesome. He arrived on time, explained everything that was required for our job and provided pricing upfront. The cost of services were reasonable and it took him no time to get our garage door opener installed and operational. Discount Garage Doors is amazing! Daniel had been out a couple of weeks ago to set up my garage door openers. Not being technically inclined, I screwed them up a couple of weeks later. Jimmy came to repair our garage door. He was great and gave us excellent advice an up front pricing. We replaced our motor and rollers and adjusted springs. The garage door is super quiet now! I would only use discount garage!!!

Jayden showed up in time and very professional. I needed a logic board due to a power surge. He didn’t have one on board his work truck, but came back the next day as promised and on time with a new one and installed it. I like the idea that they keep you informed and show up within the time frame quoted. Jayden is an asset to his company.

I called DGD when my garage door was intermittently working. I spoke with Lindsay who scheduled my service. She was very polite and even called me a couple of times when they had openings in their schedules. Brandon, the service technician came out and explained that intermittent issues are sometimes hard to diagnose because the garage door opener works and then abruptly stops. He spent time to analyze and resolve the issue and got the opener working. It has been operating smoothly since. In addition, he gave me options with prices to replace the opener if needed in the future. I never felt pressured into a sale, nor did he ever insist that I needed a new opener, but I was glad to be given options. I highly recommend DGD.

Sometimes the word discount in a business can mean less than quality work and service. This is not the case with Discount Garage Door. While trying to reset our garage door opener we inadvertently messed up the whole thing! To top it off, this was on a Saturday. Daniel arrived in less than twenty minutes. He reset the hand held, the car, and the keypad in no time. He also lubricated the garage door and showed us how to maintain it. He was kind, courteous, and did more than expected at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend using DGD and Daniel.

Daniel was running ahead of schedule so he called and asked if he could come early. He did the inspection and made some suggestions. He did the tuneup and Installed the keypad. I’m very happy and I’m sure my neighbors are very happy that my door is very quiet now instead of a squeaky groaning door.
