GoogleOur garage door opener broke this AM and living in a fussy HOA that doesn’t allow us to park our cars in the driveway overnight, I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I found this company on Google and after just a few minutes of chatting with one of their reps via their website, they had a tech at our home within just a few hours. The gentleman Ray who showed up was polite and knowledgeable. After fixing the main issue, he pointed out that one of the door cables was frayed and that I might want to consider replacing it. No pressure whatsoever just good solid andvice. After looking at the cable it was clear that it was in rough shape so I agreed. We have very heavy doors and if that cable snapped it could easily kill someone. A short while later he completed that fix and was on his way. The price for the level of service and the speed with which they arrived was more than fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and won’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

The technician, Dillion showed up at the beginning of my appointment window. He was extremely pleasant, knowledge & professional. Price was very reasonable & the highest quality springs made were used. I am very impressed with DGD & will always call them for any garage door/ opener repairs in the future.

When the tech ( Jimmy) came out he thoroughly examined the door and explained what was needed to get the door up and running again. At no time did we feel pressured and the repairs were completed in an hour at a cost that was much less than we expected. The door operates better than it did when it was new.
