Brakki arrived in a very timely manner. I received notices of his arrival time as well. When Brakki arrived he asked what we were looking to do and offered multiple options that benefit our needs. We decided to add the maintenance package in order to have everything run smoothly for years to come. Brakki was super efficient and made sure everything worked correctly and smoothly before heading off. We will be requesting Brakki again and look forward to building a great relationship with Brakki and DGD.

Solid experience and I have had them come out two times—once to reprogram a keypad and once to replace a keypad. Both times the guys were professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The scheduling is very buttoned up as is the confirmation. I am sticking with them. 5 stars all the way. And fair pricing!

I bought a garage door from Discount a few years ago . Never had a problem with it until a couple weeks ago so I called they came out the next day and adjusted it and checked everything and it works great once again. Very nice customer service !!!

I called DGD and told them of my door problem. They set me up with a service call the next day with a time frame of 3pm-5pm. The next day the servicemen showed up at 3:30pm. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He gave me an estimate to repair the door. I said OK, he repaired the door. I wish all my problems would be handled this smooth and efficient.

Anthony was my skilled technician. He assessed 3 different issues I was having with 2 garage door openers and offered options for repair or replacement. One part is on special order and he will return in a few days to complete the "problem" opener that is 14 years young. He completed all the other work with skill and efficiently. He cleaned up after the job and we coordinated a future date for him to return with the special order part. A true skilled serviceman who deserves a bonus!
