Garage door spring broke and DGD had someone out in one day, on a Sunday and in the midst of a huge uptick in calls due to the two recent hurricanes! The tech, Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and did a superb job. Turns out the door needed a few other maintenance items in addition to the spring. This wasn’t an upsell, they were visibly in poor shape and I decided the extra work was a good idea. Garage door hasn’t operated this smoothly since we bought the house. Highly recommend this company for your garage door repair needs!

Tyrone with Discount Garage Doors provided excellent customer service and made adjustments to my garage door following hurricane Helene. He even lubricated the rollers, springs, and cables which resulted in quieter operation. His arrival was within the original service window and charges were reasonable. Everything is working fine and I would recommend DGD to others needing garage door service.

My technician John H. did a wonderful job tuning up my garage door. I called DGD because I could not get the door open after Hurricane Milton. But when John was there, he used the leftover time to tweak some things that I didn’t notice needed adjusting. It was the end of the day, and I knew he had a long drive home, but he stayed to do more work than was necessary. Also very kind and informative; he taught me things about my garage door that I didn’t know before —So I can handle some things on my own before my next tuneup!

Glad to have DGD taking care of my garage. I appreciate how consistent and proactive they are to make sure my garage door is working well. Had a great experience with DGD. The spring broke the day before Milton Came thru Central Florida. Friday morning, I called and got an appointment. Did I mention, I got an appointment the same day. The technician - Mina, showed up at the scheduled time, assessed the situation, and made the necessary repairs. Mina was very professional and very thorough. Happy I made the call to DGD!
