He let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time as promised. He quickly assessed the situation, explained all of the issues and after getting the ok from mom, he went straight to work to remedy all that needed to be fixed. John was very professional, kind and personable. He let me watch and explained all he was doing and why. Before I knew it, mom’s garage door had been tuned up and quieted down. GoogleExcellent is the best word to describe our experience with DGD today. Unable to get the garage door up to leave for work this holiday morning, my husband walked instead. After several tries at other companies, I was able, through Faith in the office, to get DGD to come out by the early afternoon to replace the springs. John was friendly & efficient. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Jimmy advised us of all our options and did not pressure at all. He had our new opener (we chose the wi-fi solution) installed in an hour! My mom is so pleased!
