I work for a biotechnology company and we were significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our usual distributors were backordered and we needed additional parts that were essential to our processes. I brought in the part I was trying to duplicate to Dinsmore, and with just that one piece for reference, they were able to replicate the design and print out additional copies in just a few business days! Jiazi was incredibly helpful at every step of the way and was in constant contact to make sure they could produce what I wanted. I am incredibly impressed by Dinsmore's speed, accuracy, precision, and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for your 3D printing needs.
