Dimitar is an excellent real estate agent, a go getter that will go above and beyond to make sure that the goal is accomplished. It was a really short notice for getting approved and closing the property but we got it done even faster then expected.

I couldn't have asked for a better partner in my home search than Dimitar. Not only does he have insightful knowledge on the local market, he also has a strong understanding of home development and maintenance. He had a good eye for both positive and negative aspects of the homes we saw, which set expectations for potential repairs in the future and the overall, long-term costs of the home. He was very patient during the search and there was no pressure from him to make an offer or move forward on a home I wasn't 100% sure of. His positive attitude, sound and realistic advice, and professionalism greatly contributed towards finding a wonderful home that I'm very happy with nearly one month after closing.

Dimitar was probably the best realtor to go with especially for the first time home buyer. We found him through the referral and I’m so glad we did. Whole process of first time buying a house was easy going for us, and that’s because of Dimitar and his team!
We heard from other people how professional and knowledgeable he is, but now we personally saw it during our process of buying a house.
Dimitar was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. He asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into the process, Dimitar was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis.
I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Dimitar and his entire team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes! Thank you one more time Dimitar!
