GoogleDerek checked my AC unit for the cause of high humidity levels throughout my home. The condensate drain line was clogged which caused the high humidity. He cleared the clog and removed the drain line where it drained into a bathroom sink. He then cleaned out all those components and reassembled the under the sink drain assembly. He then provided a quote for installing an inline condensate overflow safety float switch to prevent reoccurrence. Thanks Derek.
GoogleI have been with Dilmak since I bought my home. From routine maintenance to parts replacement. Last week my unit kicked the bucket which I knew was coming due to the age of the unit, and issues I started having. Sandi was wonderful explaining my options and walking me through the estimate. The finance piece was a breeze. My unit went out on Thursday and Derek (the technician) was at my house Saturday morning. Derek is thorough and informative. The installation only took 5 hours- record time. He and his tech. went above and beyond. Derek is hands down my favorite tech. I cannot say enough about Dilmak as a company and all of the tech's I have worked with over the years. I give them 10 STARS!!!! Here's to many more years!!

GoogleUpdated review may 2026: We've been using Dilmak for the seasonal inspections and this week needed a tech to check our system after the outdoor unit froze. Ruben took the time to properly diagnose the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair. We continue to be very happy with the service provided by each Dilmak service rep. Original Review: We called on a Sunday morning after our A/C stopped cooling the night before. The tech Enrique was out a few hours later and did a thorough inspection of both the outdoor and indoor units. He filled up our Freon which was very low and made some recommendations for our next steps for repair. He was knowledgeable and not pushy about Dilmak's available services. We appreciate the quick response and temporary fix that will carry us through until we can schedule a full repair. We highly recommend Dilmak if you have any emergency cooling issue!

GoogleCalled late at night about the AC not cooling. They said they would call in the morning and see if they could come to check the unit. As soon as a technician was available he came and checked the unit and told me of the repairs needed and was very timely in fixing the unit. Would recommend them highly.

When the technician Joseph showed up he was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my system with in minutes. Instead of just over changing he went around and cleaned my system and found another issue fixed it no extra charge. I will be recommending this company to everyone.
