Updated review may 2026:

We've been using Dilmak for the seasonal inspections and this week needed a tech to check our system after the outdoor unit froze. Ruben took the time to properly diagnose the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair. We continue to be very happy with the service provided by each Dilmak service rep.

Original Review: We called on a Sunday morning after our A/C stopped cooling the night before. The tech Enrique was out a few hours later and did a thorough inspection of both the outdoor and indoor units. He filled up our Freon which was very low and made some recommendations for our next steps for repair. He was knowledgeable and not pushy about Dilmak's available services. We appreciate the quick response and temporary fix that will carry us through until we can schedule a full repair. We highly recommend Dilmak if you have any emergency cooling issue!

Called late at night about the AC not cooling. They said they would call in the morning and see if they could come to check the unit. As soon as a technician was available he came and checked the unit and told me of the repairs needed and was very timely in fixing the unit. Would recommend them highly.

Technician (Joseph) replaced the rusted/failed breaker inside the furnace located in the attic and secured existing insulation on the outside that was the cause of the problem.

From the moment I call the company and got a real person on the other end of the line. They were completely helpful and scheduled me same day without any extra charge. When the technician Joseph showed up he was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my system with in minutes. Instead of just over changing he went around and cleaned my system and found another issue fixed it no extra charge. I will be recommending this company to everyone.

Dilmak was the only company I could find after a year of searching that was willing to replace our old vent hood motor. They did the research and acquired the parts needed as well as installing it, which was more of a challenge than originally thought. However, they created the solution needed and the completed project was exactly on target. They were professional, kind, patient, and very neat. I will be using them again!!

I loveed the technicians. They worked constant from 10 AM - PM. But what I didnt like is that they didnt have enough supplies for this large job. Darren is good about getting things done on time. Chris was great at keeping up with everything thats needed.
They are a great team.. I did say something to Cheryl about the parts. I do hope Mike doesnt get after them for this, their van was full. Whoever is in charge of parts or supplies needs have them ordered and filled before they leave. Then good team would be great one
