Wow, it is hard to exaggerate how amazing The Dawn Griffin Group is and what a smooth, prepared, and pleasant process they provided for our home purchase.

In early 2023, my wife and I planned a move back to St. Louis while living out of the state. We reached out to TDGG and heard back promptly, connecting us with Sabina. We immediately felt heard by and comfortable with her initial presentation, including much needed education on the home-buying process for our first home purchase. In the coming months, Sabina went to any and all homes we were interested in and took detailed videos that allowed us to assess our options virtually. Her sharp eye and pointed commentary helped us make decisions with full confidence, despite being 500 miles away.

A few months in, we dealt with a job layoff. Sabina and team never took their attention away from us, and helped us work through the implications to our search. We were thrilled when we submitted and got accepted our first offer on our dream home! Her offer structure advice and relationship with the selling agent allowed us to submit a winning bid within our budget. We couldn’t have been happier with how it all went down.

Same as pre-offer, the diligence phase went as smooth as possible. Kristin worked with us to ensure we got our inspections and other close items in order. It was a huge help to get trusted vendors from them, as that saved us a lot of time while giving us comfort! We closed within 25 days with no hiccups. Since close, they’ve continued to provide much needed support on home-owning. They’ve been great partners and we look forward to working with them again on our future transactions!

Words cannot describe the level of service Dawn herself provided me, along with her extremely detail-oriented team of experts.
When my old realtor moved away I was worried about finding someone I could trust with the sale of my home. I'm beyond grateful to have been introduced to The Dawn Griffin Real Estate Group. From our first meeting, to a VERY quick sale, Dawn's guidance and communication was unbelievable. The level of expertise and knowledge along with local vendors to assist, the whole closing experience felt seamless.
Even when I had my doubts or started to worry that I couldn't get something figured out, she was even there to help guide me back to sanity - I cannot recommend this group of people more. When it comes to knowing the St. Louis area real estate, this crew is the best! They genuinely care about your experience and each step of the way are there to assist and remind you all of those tiny little details that you need reminding of - Dawn's team made what would have been a very chaotic quick closing seem simple. We had a phenomenal experience with Lance. He knows more about houses than anyone we have ever met. He took the time to really listen to what was best for our family. During house showings, he pointed out so many small things that we would have never noticed on our own. When it came to our home inspection, there were no surprises because Lance had accurately anticipated all the potential issues. We literally have nothing bad to say and would recommend him and his team to anyone/everyone!
