Delivered stuff to them took them about 2 hrs to unload. All boxes unloaded by hand with 3 or so guys. Nice people.
I had an excellent experience with my purchase of cabinet pulls. Special kudos to Eric Molt for his professionalism, knowledge and patience throughout the process. Dennis in the warehouse was very helpful and responsive exchanging the screws for the pulls. All in all, completely satisfied.
