I highly recommend Dr. David Allison, MD. My experience with him, his staff, and the surgery center he uses, has been the most positive medical/surgery experience I’ve had. From the initial visit through the follow-up, Dr. Allison took the time to genuinely listen and provided a course of action, explaining the process and expectations and thoroughly answering my questions. Leslie, at the front desk, was equally kind, friendly, and supportive. She shared important background and genuinely listened to my concerns and questions. My experience with Dr. Allison’s practice and the Haymarket Surgery Center was so much more personal and comfortable than other practices and larger hospitals in the DMV closer-in suburbs. My first point of contact was the office manager named Leslie with years of experience and professional wisdom. After speaking with her, I was ready to meet DR. ALLISON.Dr. Allison is not only a surgeon but also an artist. He completely transformed my body in the most elegant way. I felt completely safe and confident to have elective surgery with this doctor. He moves around the operating room with immaculate precision and his staff is with him at every move. I plan on having another procedure with Doctor Allison since he is Technically Excellent and has a modest and respectful personality.

This is my update on my second successful surgery with DR. ALLISON On December 3, 2024. I had a facelift, neck lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery. I WAS COMPLETELY AT PEACE AS I MET DR. ALLISON BEFORE THE SURGERY. HE IS A MODEST MAN WITH A KIND SMILE; HE LISTENS AND NEVER RUSHES. I kNEW DR. ALLISON WOULD BE OBSERVING AND SCULPTING MY FACE FOR THE NEXT 6+ HOURS WITH THE EYE OF AN ARTIST, THE SKILL OF A SURGEON AND THE HEART OF A MAN WITH LOVING COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE WHO TRUST THEIR LIVES IN HIS CARE. Dr. Allison is a wonderful surgeon. He is so kind and immediately puts your fears at ease. After the surgery, he was easily accessible day and night to answer any questions I had about my wounds, drains and my healing. I had a brachioplasty and mastoplexy done. I’m extremely happy with my results from Dr Allison! He really took the time to listen to my wants/needs(breast augmentation/lipo) and help me maneuver this very important decision. I would do it all over again tomorrow, and I would trust Dr Allison to do it. Also the office manager was phenomenal at helping me schedule by the date I wanted, and always was there to help with any payment questions or prep questions.
