Our policy was transferred from an Agency in Dallas to this particular Agency due to our previous Agent was no longer with Farmers. I called to determine if it were possible to save money as every penny counts! I originally spoke with Daniel he referred me to a client specialist Angela. She was honest and forthcoming regarding several technical issues with our account internally. She worked diligently to get every issue taken care of. Unfortunately, it took a couple of weeks but she kept me in the loop each step of the way. We did end up saving a little money when it was all completed. I’d say she’s a rockstar! Her customer service skills are impeccable. I appreciate finally having 1 policy in lieu of 4. The consolidation has been a tremendous help.
