Vic just brings such an air of confidence for me. He knows what he is doing and not afraid to explain/show me what he did. He takes pride in what he does, obviously. He is very personable and I enjoy seeing him periodically when there is a need for services. Deborah is so pleasant to work with and very accommodating as far as my schedule goes. This company is great! They sent me out a reminder about having my HVAC unit’s annual maintenance done. Scheduling was easy and the technician came out on time. Technician was extremely pleasant, informative and very respectful of surroundings. He provided excellent service. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company hands down!!

Dennis and Vic are awesome! We first met them last year when we had D&L to give us a quote on a new system. We were switching from oil to gas and Dennis talked to us about the benefits of a heat pump system. We did some research and it clearly made sense for what we were looking to do. We got a few quotes at the time and Dennis was the best quote by a mile. Not only was it the best quote but we also get a really good system compared to what we were getting elsewhere. A year later we are super impressed with the system and the monthly energy savings.

Once we were sold the system we largely worked with Vic on the install. He was fast, efficient, kept the workspace and house clean and just super easy to work with.

Avoid the big brand names out there and call D&L. You get a more personal and thoughtful experience!
