Had a balance , dizzy problem for weeks after a fall, I was referred to Dallas Ear Institute and was in examination room and the doctor did a simple test involving my ears and within minutes told me where my problem was, it was the crystals in my ears that were relocated somehow and was causing the problem. I have been thru a lot of different doctors and a lot of different expensive tests and no one was able to tell me why , I’m in the process of getting this problem fixed and I say THANk YOU TO DR KRISTEN WHALING OF DALLAS EAR INSTITUTE.

The office is located in Bldg A, directly across from the parking garage. Upon entering the bldg, the office is to the right, behind the carousel. This was my first visit. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They seem to really care. I felt relaxed and at ease the entire time. Thank you.

We found the Dallas Ear Institue after moving to DFW from Florida. Our son had been diagnosed with a congenital ear canal issue the FL doctors advised wasn't really operable or curable. They basically advised us our son would have to wear hearing aids the rest of his life. Upon moving to DFW we decided we would do our best to find another medical group who possibly could give us some new ideas for treatment options. We found the Dallas Ear Institue and Dr. Hahn and our son's life is forever changed. Dr. Hahn reordered some scans and upon review, advised us he felt very confident that our son was a great candidate for a surgical intervention...He was right! Our son now has normal hearing without the use of hearing aids. We can't say enough good things about Dr Hahn and all the staff at the Dallas Ear Institue! No matter how challenging or difficult a case may be...I would trust them with my family's care.
