This is a nice clean gym with a pleasant atmosphere. The onboarding process was very easy and efficient. The gym personal up front actually took the time to research if my insurance would cover my membership. This is above and beyond. They gym also has water for sale if you forget your support water bottle at home.

Was trying to find a new gym after a bad experience at my previous one. Needless to say I was very nervous about how the attitudes of the employees would be. When I walked to get info on memberships and such I was greeted with a hello and a smile. The lady at front desk (Brittany? If I remember correctly was her name) was very kind and helpful and never once made me feel silly or judged even with all my questions. Others also introduced themselves and were so encouraging. Wanted to check out a few more gyms before I paid for a membership but honestly I left in such a positive attitude I'm definitely going back. Thanks again to the helpful and friendly staff!!

As soon as you walk in the trainers and front desk are very friendly then you go to the locker room and it’s either clean or in the process of getting clean. Nice atmosphere , nice gym goers ,along with a sauna,Great gym to go to overall.

Absolutely love this gym as I am a first time gym goer.
Brittany helped me sign up and walked me through everything they had to offer, she was so very helpful with the entire process and continues to be so helpful. This place is also so clean and the employees are always there to lend a hand. Great gym for just starting out.

Adam Brittany and Barbara have been so wonderful. I am someone who had a membership before and didn't attend often so I was nervous about commiting again. They took the time to show me everything about the gym and even set me up a one on one workout/body scan/goal setting appointment that I will attend to show me how to use their machines and get me started. So far so good! I would recommend this gym. I get group classes and the traditional gym environment for basically the same price as just the gym environment at planet fitness.
