Creative conducted a large home renovation project for us over the past year and we are extremely happy with Jason and his team. Their communication throughout the project was really good. They stayed within budget unless we added something, but they were always fair with any extras we added. They really cared about their workmanship as the end result showed, it is very luxurious.I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end renovation.

We were looking for a contractor to create a "Legal" secondary suite in our West Kelowna home with the ability to balance cost with quality. Jason and his team at Creative Contractors did just that. The site supervisor, Luke, was professional with his workmanship, courteous to the tenants living at the house during construction and kept his cool when somewhat less than courteous inspectors were putting the pressure on the project.

Jason Haddad understands the importance of good client relations. My instincts told me "This Is THE Guy" during the scope-of-job interview .... and they were right! Creative Contractors completed a two room renovation in our mid-eighties home which included a tricky steam shower insert. All the trades sub-contracted were professional with good attention to client requirements. Jason did a fine job juggling the trades around a hectic vacation scheduled summer. We found Jason at Creative Contractors via a recommendation on Facebook. We liked his personality and straightforward talk. He then sent us a proper quote and we got started.

Our unfinished basement project had 2 main parts. Finish the entertainment area and finish the bathroom. The entertainment area went off without a hitch. The quality of work is REALLY good! It's my new favorite room in the house.

Only one part of the project slowed us down was the bathroom. There were a few things my wife and I didn't particularly like as the build was happening. MDF was used to surround the shower like a border and the vanity didn't align with the wall and the floor because the bathroom floor was not level. We told Jason we didn't like either of these things. No feelings were hurt, Jason said "no problem, let's fix this so that you guys love it"... he then pulled out he MDF border and installed a nice white tile all the way to the ceiling (looks gorgeous). He then had a custom granite countertop created for the vanity so the fit was perfect.

All in all, we are extremely happy about the entire project. Jason is sometimes a busy man and can miss some fine details here and there, but he is also a very stand-up guy who fixes mistakes and doesn't groan about it.

If you need a small basement reno like mine done quickly. CCO is a good choice.

One last thing to mention. The first 2 contractors we tried to hire for this project had very poor communication skills (disappeared for a week at a time with no communication). This is extremely important to us as communication is key to finishing a project properly and timely. While I said that Jason is a busy man, he is also by far the most communicative. He always got back to us promptly and answered our questions in full. I'm willing to bet if I sent him a message this morning, he'd contact me back within an hour or two. Very good stuff.

Jason from Creative Contractors was recommended to us. Having just moved to the area we have a number of projects that we will need help with over the forthcoming years but our key project for 2021 was to finish drywalling part of the basement that was unfinished and close off a guest suite from direct external access.

Jason was always extremely responsive and accommodating as once work commenced we had identified a number of smaller pieces of work we needed doing fairly quickly in advance of having new flooring laid and Jason was able to accommodate these immediately.

Jason’s team were all professional and respectful to us and the property. There were some delays in finishing off the final part of the basement but that was due to the supply chain issues we have been having and Jason ensured he kept us up to date and completed the work as soon as the supplies were received.

Overall we were extremely happy with our first experience with Jason and his team and look forward to working with him again soon.

His workmanship makes it super easy to do my job.
When measuring and installing our shower doors,the walls are plumb and true.
Its really hard to find a company with the amazing attention to detail as this company.

We hired Jason and his crew to complete our home renovation and we're extremely happy. Jason held our hand the entire way. The project went a little longer than anticipated but that's only because we had changed our mind on a few things but Jason was right there and very understanding and wanted to make sure we were happy first and foremost.
