For the most part I am satisfied. It is our first house so it was very exciting. There are a few items that the builder never really fixed properly even after our 2 year period but overall I am happy with our home and our buying experience

We moved into our coughlan home in July of 2020. The process from buying, to after move in support was nothing short of excellent. Lisa in the sales office was very professional and responded back in a timely manner. Barry and his day 2 support team always greet you with a smile and make you feel like a part of the family. Kudos to Coughlan!

Its not surprising that Coughlan won the award for the best builder in Durham.. I say that they should win the best builder in the entire GTA. It was such a fantastic and hassle-free experience to buy a house from Coughlan Homes during the pandemic. They made the entire process so simple, and were very responsive at every stage of the buying process. Their built quality and craftmanship is unmatched in the region, and their service is top notch!. I would highly recommend them, and would be at ease to go through the entire process of buying a house from them again. Thank you Coughlan Homes!

I purchased a new home in the Enclave project and moved in July 2022. My new home is beautiful and in spite of Covid and a construction strike I only had a minor delay on closing! The Coughlan team have been wonderful to deal with and incredibly responsive. I did not have any major concerns with my house and even minor deficiencies were dealt with quickly. If I ever had a concern of any kind I sent an email to Shannon and usually within the hour Barry was at my door to remedy the concern. The subcontractors and Coughlan team have been incredibly professional and the workmanship has been better than I anticipated. I would strongly recommend Coughlan as a builder. Thanks again for my great home !
