Como Maintenance crew did multiple jobs for me during 2023 and I can sincerely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest, polite and professional contractor. This company has done a variety of work for us over the last year or so. Their latest job was to refinish our garage floor. The previous epoxy finish was flaking off to the point that at least 20% of the floor was now bare concrete. Arman recommended a Polyaspartic finish. This is dramatically more durable than epoxy. Because our garage is precast concrete with a garage underneath our main garage, absolute waterproofing is critical. The new floor is simply beautiful and guaranteed for 10 years to not chip or otherwise deteriorate. We are truly delighted!

I originally hired this company to paint my exterior entrance doors and garage door trim. Trim for one of the garage doors required some repair. Trim on a lower door required serious repair. In the end, Arman did a major permanent repair of that lower door trim by overlaying lining it a custom cut sheet of PVC. It now not only looks terrific but is is also now completely snow proof (and even waterproof). As with his painting, he did a superb job at a very fair price. I subsequently hired him to clear the numerous branches encroaching my 1,400 ft. driveway. I had not even thought this was possible. The project was Arman's suggestion. I'm delighted with the results. Overall I am very pleased with everything this company has done for me. Arman is a true craftsman who thinks like an engineer. I encourage everyone who hires him to listen carefully to all of his suggestions. By following his suggestions, I got substantially better outcomes than I originally anticipated. This company is a real find! Integrity, craftsmanship and fair pricing. I will definitely hire them again!

Amazing experience working with Arman regarding my interlocking power wash, sand and seal. His prices were very competitive among the multiple quotes we received, he was very responsive, and adjusted his schedule according to the unpredictable weather to ensure the highest quality work.
