So happy with this company! The process from helping me choose the right replacement equipment to through to the installation of my new furnace and heat pump was great. The estimator gave me a good overview of what to expect and the office was accommodating when I had to shuffle installation dates unexpectedly. The installation crew was on time, explained what they would be doing, were very polite, answered all my questions, cleaned everything up and walked me through learning about my new equipment. I found my way to Comfort Plus after my installer refused to honour the warranty and no other company wanted to help me out. Nicole understood the problem, offered me advice, was very patient as I worked through the mess and was quick to have a technician come out to resolve the issue. The technician was able to address other installation deficiencies and Nicole continues to help out and work with me on permanent solutions to improve my poorly installed system. Nicole has been a dream to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Plus.

We purchased a Heat Pump from Comfort Plus. Ethan and Cole were sent to install the unit. They were excellent, efficient, polite and very friendly. They explained what was happening at each step of the installation. They cleaned up afterwards and we think they did a better job of cleaning up than we would do. Rob gave us the quote and an excellent plan. Two days later the two day install began. The crew were friendly, competent and very clean and tidy. Great job and system working well ! Subsequently we had a couple of minor equipment problems but they were dealt with right away. The staff have also been great at getting our rebate applications done.

An excellent overall experience with Comfort Plus and Rob from the initial information meeting at my strata, (which put the noise concerns of owners to rest) to the follow up meeting in my unit, and the installation which was done with efficiency and professionalism. I’m beyond impressed by how this company runs. I was interested in getting a Daikin dual fuel setup and blanket emailed around 10 companies for rough estimates. Crystal was the only one that got back to me within hours, and the rough pricing and promotions seemed good enough for me to book a quote.
That day, I had Bruce come to my house and my neighbours house, and his neighbours house, and then lastly my dad’s. He went through the system and created a quote that was very reasonable. He booked me for an install a month later.
When Nick came, he came up with a plan for my very difficult install and got to work. He worked diligently to install new exhaust/intake piping, move the tankless unit. He was then joined by a super friendly fellow, Ethan. They got together and worked late to make sure I had heat and hot water for that night.
The next day they came back early and ran the line set and hooked up the heat pump. Two full days on what I would consider a very difficult install but they got it done and made it look nice, neat, and tidy. They even exceeded my incredibly high standards. And the best part of it was, they never strayed a cent from the original quote, despite having to perform hours worth of unanticipated extra work.
This company has taken great care of my neighbours, my mom, my house, and soon my dad’s. I even recommended them to two of my friends for installs lined up for next month. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
