Professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, great communication,on time. What a great well coordinated team, great timely communication at all levels, sales, office and installation crew. These jobs are challenging and the installation crew new what to do , communicated the options, did as tidy a job as possible. Cleaned everything up. Everyone was very reepectful. Everything was explained in terms I could understand the system and how to operate. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks Ethan, Nick, Cole and Preston!

We purchased a Heat Pump from Comfort Plus. Ethan and Cole were sent to install the unit. They were excellent, efficient, polite and very friendly. They explained what was happening at each step of the installation. They cleaned up afterwards and we think they did a better job of cleaning up than we would do. An excellent overall experience with Comfort Plus and Rob from the initial information meeting at my strata, (which put the noise concerns of owners to rest) to the follow up meeting in my unit, and the installation which was done with efficiency and professionalism. Both the outside and inside units are very quiet, and not at all intrusive to neighbouring suites. I highly recommend Comfort Plus to anyone considering a heat pump unit for a strata building.

Daikin furnace and heat pump just installed, along with a new hot water tank. Nick and Preston did a great job with the installation. Nick was very thorough in explaining the installation procedure, answering questions, walking through the operating process and maintenance. Great job guys. Looking forward to having AC this summer. Everything was done on time, work areas were kept clean with no disturbances. Devyn and Mark went over details of how the Heat Pump worked and programed were covered. Had a fantastic experience with the whole process from start to finish. Best decision I have made.
Charles was a big help and made it work as I was traveling. The whole installation team really stepped up and towards the end in order to finish the whole team and we have 5 trucks at my house. They knocked it out of the park.

What an incredible experience compared to the last company we dealt with! Everything from making an appointment to having our furnace and instant water heater serviced was great! The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Holden was a very nice gentleman, with the answer to all of our questions. We are an older couple and he was very patient... Top marks for this company, will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Nick, Ethan and team showed up on time and had a look at the job and made an installation plan. Our house is over 30 years old with a finished basement which led to many install challenges. They worked non stop for 2 days and did a perfect install including electrical, new Daikin heat pump and 98% efficient gas furnace.. Extra long pipe runs were required due to heat pump placement bylaws in White Rock.. Ethan came back on day 3 to finalize connections, do testing and answer any and all of our questions and concerns. We give them 10 out of 10 stars..
Chrystal from the office looked after all rebate applications with Fortis and Daikin to ensure the were filled out correctly, making it much easier for us.

After two unsuccessful attempts to get air conditioning installed by Ashton or Thomson, we finally called Comfort Plus who came through brilliantly. Nick Bruneau and Ethan Olisoff installed air conditioning throughout our 3 bedroom condo in two days with minimal disruption or unnecessary intrusion inside our walls which will be easily repaired. Their assistant Holden came for the second day. The three of them, plus the electricians, were pleasant to have around. We have already told some friends to ask for the same team. Thanks again.

Comfort heating was great to work with, all communications were promptly responded to and all of the personnel very helpful, professional and pleasant. We had a challenging task for them to complete venting a basement suite range hood fan to the outdoors. Nick our technician did an excellent job. All work was done on schedule and to quote with no additional charges. We will use Comfort again for any future needs we have.
