Comfort Heating responded to our furnace problem in a very timely manner and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We have had them back several times and we are very happy with the work their technicians have done for us.

We were able to schedule a technician the next day and technician was able to quickly identify the issue with our furnace. And the following day they came with replacement parts and fixed our furnace. They were also able to accommodate with our schedule and communication was very clear. Overall would definitely recommend!

The installers came right on time and went right to work. By the end of the day 80% of the installation was finished. The next morning they arrived on time and had the work finished in a few hours. The unit was all setup for me to go. All I had to do was download the app and learn how to use it(it was easy).

Comfort Plus is extremely responsive when a service issue is required. Anyone can sell you a furnace, heat pump or other equipment but when a problem is encountered, how a company responds is the best test. Comfort Plus earns 5 stars with their response and service. After two unsuccessful attempts to get air conditioning installed by Ashton or Thomson, we finally called Comfort Plus who came through brilliantly. Nick Bruneau and Ethan Olisoff installed air conditioning throughout our 3 bedroom condo in two days with minimal disruption or unnecessary intrusion inside our walls which will be easily repaired. Their assistant Holden came for the second day. The three of them, plus the electricians, were pleasant to have around. We have already told some friends to ask for the same team. Thanks again.

I thought Comfort Plus in general I got the good service and support. The installation was quickly completed in 2 days. The testing and commissioning was also quick but not thorough. Some issues later on but was resolve efficiently. I highly recommend.

What an incredible experience compared to the last company we dealt with! Everything from making an appointment to having our furnace and instant water heater serviced was great! The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Holden was a very nice gentleman, with the answer to all of our questions. We are an older couple and he was very patient... We got four quotes for a hybrid heat pump system and these guys worked the hardest to get our business, making sure the recommended solution was right sized for our home and still eligible for the various rebates on offer. I could not be more pleased with this company. When they heard I had no heat, they came right away and began diagnosing the issue. It was complex because the mother board was shot. They charged me only one hour to diagnose and one hour to put in the new part plus the cost of parts despite the fact they spent more time doing the work. They were polite, through, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!

So happy with this company! The process from helping me choose the right replacement equipment to through to the installation of my new furnace and heat pump was great. The estimator gave me a good overview of what to expect and the office was accommodating when I had to shuffle installation dates unexpectedly. The installation crew was on time, explained what they would be doing, were very polite, answered all my questions, cleaned everything up and walked me through learning about my new equipment.
