The location was conveniently close to the freeway and various types of shopping. The room was clean, had plenty of towels and pillows (thank you!), a balcony with sliding glass door, air conditioner, refrigerator w/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, comfortable chair, TV, and free snacks(!), which were all plusses. It was a great value for the cost. The only thing not making it a "10" was the amount of light in the room at night due to the lighted buttons or displays on so many things: the digital clock had a lighted snooze button; the room phone had a bright red light on it; the microwave facing the bed had a lighted display (I guess I could have unplugged all of these); and the door had a 1" gap at the bottom, letting in the very bright hall light just outside our door. I covered what I could with a washcloth or towel and that sufficed. The air conditioner had a lighted display of the requested temperature, so I turned the whole A/C off at bedtime. But there was also a router on the ceiling with blinking, colored lights that I could not cover, the TV had a green light in the back shining up the wall, and the drapes had a gap letting in the bright lights from the parking lot. (I used the chair to push the drapes against the wall to block out the light.) Overall, though, the room was comfortable to hang out in, with many amenities. I really appreciated the luggage cart they let us use, and the staff members were friendly, polite, and helpful.

The room was super clean. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The Front Desk staff was very courteous. The only negative, which is a very very minor issue is it was a little difficult figuring out how to work the air-conditioning/heating unit. A small plastic sign on the end table would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, the day was outstanding, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I will stay in a comfort Inn again.

We usually (always, really) stay here when in San Diego County. We have grandchildren to visit and business matters to attend to. It has become the proverbial home away from home. Its location, cleanliness and comfort (no pun intended) is everything we want and need. The deciding factor is the friendliness, professionalism and customer care of the staff, including housekeeping, front desk personnel and leadership of the management. The manager, Raj, and all his staff take a personal interest in us and all other customers. It is nice to be greeted by name.

Stayed here for our trip to the San Diego Safari Park and had a great experience. The room was very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. Service was excellent, the staff were super friendly and very informative. The location was also a big plus, plenty of nearby food and shopping options, and it wasn’t too far from the Safari Park.

This hotel has the cleanest, best equiped rooms and delicious breakfasts. The main characteristic is, as always, the staff. The housekeeping and breakfast ladies, the front desk and especially the hotel manager are friendly, professional and seem to anticipate any need we had. The free parking and excellent location are essential. We have had multiple stays here. We'll always stay here when we travel to see the grandkids.

The room was pleasantly fragranced when we walked in Enoch is something unexpected as some hotels have a mildly unpleasant scent. Months ahead of preparations and looking for some places to stay. We end up booking to this hotel, about 40 minutes from San Diego Zoo Safari. They provide hot breakfasts. Thats the main thing before going to the Safari. When we got to the hotel, the receptionists greet us tight away and took our reservation and gave our keys to the rooms. Our rooms are nicely done with clean sheets. Double checked it with UV light/black light that I always have. Took a shower that night and the water is strong and a lot. Not like some hotels we went before. That night while a sleep, noticed the ac is not blowing cold air. Thinking it was just the settings. I adjust it to 64 with ac on and air at 3. Felt like it was just air and not blowing cold. Changed the settings again the next day. But found that its really not blowing cold enough. Oh well, its the thanksgiving week and the weather is a little colder. So its not really a major of a deal since were not gonna stay there all the time. Also that night, around 3am. Looks like neighbors upstairs just came in and can hear their foot steps. We can hear several people walking back and forth, also can hear the water and shower. Next morning for hot breakfasts, the have toast, waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, breakfast cereals, fruits, coffee, juice, no white or chocolate milk. Over all, the hot breakfast is great, this hotel is great. Well definitely stay here again in case we come by to the area again.
