We had an incredible experience working with Coastal Energy on our Tesla Powerwall 3 Installation. Within a week of permitting issuance, the installation crew was onsite to install the battery. They came on a weekend because we were concerned about hurricane season and the possibly of a storm. The crew was polite, professional, and educated on Tesla products. I highly recommend Coastal Energy and plan to share my experience with the neighbors in my all-solar community.

Outstanding company 👏🏼 very professional, super kind hearted people. From beginning of the sale to the end of the install, every questions I asked, they had answered them in an easier way for someone who has zero knowledge about how this product work would understand 💯 by the end of the install. The installers were right on time, and super quick. Not your typical workers where they slack off here and there, or doesn’t have that look on their face where they don’t want to be there. Of course they were focusing on their job most of the time, but they would make sure I was in the loop each step of the way of what’s going on. I expected to be done in 2-3 days but everything was up and running in 1 day! Definitely a 5/5 stars and recommend them to anyone looking into getting solar or battery if they have solar already. Also a battery is a MUST have, if you are looking to get solar panels.

Introduction to the product, powerwall, was quick and easy. Since I already had solar and powerwall would make us functionally "off the grid," it was an easy decision to make.
The installation depended upon parts being received from more than one source. They arrived timely and the crew installed in about 5 hours.
Promises were made and kept, I was pleased with the installation.
The lead tech took time to program the app and describe how to use.

From beginning to end, the whole process took around 14 days, I would do it again.
