Moving is not an easy task to orchestrate with many logistics to coordinate. While we would love to have had a confirmed moving date and time specified a bit sooner (which we understand is easier said than done), our communications and moving experience could not have been better! The crew that arrived to load was very polite, professional and helpful. They took great care in wrapping items and making sure that nothing would be damaged, as though it was their own. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience has been so far. We are looking forward to our delivery date and another great experience upon delivery with Coach USA Moving and Storage!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I would certainly use them again. The movers were professional and quick. Only had 2 old plastic patio chairs broken. Minor scratches on a few pieces of furniture but that's the cost of moving. I wish I had found them without a broker.

Just 2 (Sam & Richard), but they worked like they were 5. So very impressive. They impeccably wrapped my large furniture. Broke down and boxed my glass top kitchen table. Disassembled my large adjustable bed frame and packed the truck within my estimate. Not a word, just pleasantly went about their work. Never stopped until the job was done….a 7 room house! I just can’t say enough about the care, professionalism and work ethic of these two individuals. Absolutely the best! Thank you, JRowe

The movers were great, but my mattress arrived without any plastic wrapping. Not sure what happened. Overall a positive experience though.

This is my second time I'm using Coach USA. We were redoing or hardwood floors and needed some of the furniture moved to our garage. Even though this was a small move, they accommodated us in such a short notice. The guys were quick and efficient and made it look easy. This company will be my go-to movers every time I need moving services.

The size of my move increased by the time the moving team came because I decided, at the last minute, not to sell the furniture I planned to when they quoted me originally. When Ron and his crew arrived, they prepared a new estimate before they started to load and we came to agree to the final cost, which was very reasonable. Ron went over all the paperwork with me, answered all my questions and proceeded to begin packing and loading. I received all my items within a few days, without a single missing item!

I had all my belongings in a storage unit and I have not seen my things for a year! When Coach came to load their truck, they helped me repack many of the boxes at a discount rate. They packed my furniture with pads to protect them during transportation and everything arrived safely. Highly recommended moving company!

Coach is a great moving company. I used them a few weeks ago. I spoke to a few other companies but got very comfortable as soon as I started to talk to Coach. They took the time to explain everything professionally. Before the pickup, they contacted us and gave us some packing advice. Delivery was done and everything arrived in great shape.
