When we walked in we were greeted immediately. Gorge Garcia Was super helpful. He was very attentive to our requests and very considerate. My mom and I were interested in 2 cars at a different location and he went out of his way to bring both cars one by one. He really showed great customer service. His associates Ben and Daniel were very kind with helping us get the contracts and cost together. Gorge stayed till 9:30 to help us finish all the paperwork so that we could take home the car. He was very patient with us, we are very happy with his help.

My overall experience with LA Auto Exchange and having Daniel as our Sales Rep was the best i could ever ask for, buying a car can be a hassle at times but Daniel had good communication with my husband and I, he explained in very detail all the information we needed to know he answered all of our questions in regards the sale and our car, he wasn’t just trying to make another sell he always made sure that this was the car I wanted and would leave happy with, his service was excellent and he was always attentive with us on updates about our sale, we felt very comfortable and happy about our purchase, LA Auto Exchange is the only car dealer I will be recommending to my friends and family and of course directly to Daniel, all the other staff were very friendly always asked us if we needed anything , we knew there and then we made the right decision to make our car purchase here!!! Found a car online that I was interested in, sent the more info email and shortly got a reply from Julio G. and we set an appointment for the following day with no issues. Upon not liking the car I initially chose, he patiently worked with me while I walked around and went and got keys for everything I wanted to look at and test drive. Overall a good and easy experience, car seems to be in great condition but I will update if necessary.

Great experience from start to finish. I texted Noe and told him how much I have down and what my credit score was it and asked him he can work with that. He gave me a call, went over a few things, filled out their online form for financing, and waited. I got approved after a few hours, went down to test drive the car, it was great, everyone was friendly and weren’t with the nonsense. Straight to the point, no pressure to buy even after getting me approved. It’s been 2 weeks now and the car is still running great as expected. I had a few questions and every time I text or call them I get a quick response. No runaround or nonsense. Definitely 5 stars!

I walked into LA Auto Exchange wanting to test drive a few cars I saw listed online. When I walked in, my wife and I were greeted by J. I told him we were having a baby this summer and needed to get something safe with some more cargo space than our Corolla. J was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He had all the charm and charisma, without the pushiness and insincere cue cards and talking points of a phony salesman. This was something I was ready for as I’ve had a lot of experience in car dealerships that were less than stellar. He was totally transparent and forthright from the very beginning. No hidden fees, no BS add-ons and what have you, he just spit the straight facts. J’s demeanor totally disarmed me, and all in all he was extremely accommodating to my pregnant wife and I. Not only J, but the majority of the staff at LA Auto Exchange were very friendly with an overall positive vibe in the atmosphere. This includes the manager, who was this super buff guy who’s name I didn’t catch, but he was extremely sweet to us and let us hold the car for a few days while we sorted our bank stuff out. He even congratulated us and shook our hands as we left the dealership. They ended up putting a giant bow on the car and having us take a photo, which may seem like overkill to some, but for us it showed a personal touch that makes you feel like part of their family. These guys truly put care and attention into the vehicles and customer service. Walking around the lot, you can see they take very good care of their vehicles and take a lot of pride in their work. This isn’t the typical car dealership you’ll find in LA. I’d highly recommend stopping by here if you’re looking to purchase a car. I will likely return when it’s time to trade in the sedan. Thank you LA Auto Exchange, and a specific shout out to J!
