Went in kinda late at night without the intention of buying but the car was just what I wanted and I had a great experience working with Herman and Guillermo? Sorry bad with names. Both were super kind and kept me at ease with the process of getting into the car they got me into the price range I wanted and even stood super late which I appreciate definitely recommend working with them.

We gave him a price range and he gave us all the options off the top of his head. Talk about knowing how to do his job. Pat was also there to support us through any concerns or questions, and overall helped our stressful experience become a memorable one. Pat gave the greatest conversation and experience. Definitely different from other dealerships which try to get you for your money. Once again, just so thankful to encounter reliable people and an excellent dealership with great deals.

GoogleThis is our (my wife and I) 2nd purchase from the Auto Exchange group (first was OC in Fullerton). From the moment we arrived we were treated as though we were the only customer on the lot and received full attention from not only our salesman, Jerry, but also one of the managers, Pat. Every question was answered straight forward, and if something wasn't known immediately offhand, the answer was given within minutes. Before I get to the sales process, I have got to comment on their stock. Wow. Incredibly maintained, wonderfully staged, and not a bad looking car in sight. The car we're buying is a 2017 VW GTI Sport. Upon going out to see the car, Jerry, very candidly informed us about some things that were minor issues on the car as it had literally just rolled off the truck from the auction yard; the engine bay hadn't been detailed yet, which I like, as it allowed me with my auto tech background to see if anything major had been done or happened. (Present on the vehicle that Jerry informed us of were minor scratches, missing shifter knob, and airbag light on from them having a reupholster job done where an airbag sensor needs to be disconnected in order to do the job. All of these, no biggies and totally understandable) Mechanically, the car is in top form considering the mileage and normal wear and tear. Drove like a dream and a bat outta hell. The interior was pretty much brand new, all spare equipment and owners manual present were present as well. Now, we showed up kinda late in the day and kept both Jerry and Pat after normal business hours and not once did we feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Come to think of it, we didn't feel pressure in any sense at all. It genuinely felt like they were here for us and that's how it should be when making a huge decision like this. Jerry, Pat, thank you both big time for not only being great salesmen, but just genuine human beings that actually give a damn about your customers!

Due to my credit situation, I had to have a cosigner for my loan. I dealt with Peter from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and was a joy to deal with. I got a 2014 Ford Escape SE. Because it was so late in the evening, my insurance company was closed, and the finance company said the vehicle has to be insured before I could take possession of it. Peter was kind enough to give us a ride home, and we came back the next day. The vehicle was already detailed and ready to go when we arrived. Peter even gave us a full tank of gas! It's really weird to see so many bad reviews about this dealership. None of them paralleled our experience with the whole process. The vehicle we got runs just fine. We are happy with it and the whole experience! A massive Thank You to Peter and everyone behind the scenes that made our deal happen!
