⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience with California Motors Direct. I spent the entire day going back and forth with their team working out the deal on my Palisade Calligraphy, and from start to finish they were attentive, patient, transparent, and professional. I was very upfront about my situation and made it clear I was driving a long distance, and unlike other dealerships, they respected my time and had everything ready when I arrived. No games, no surprises, no pressure — just great customer service and people who genuinely worked hard to make the deal happen. The whole process went smoothly and I drove home in my new Palisade with zero issues. Huge thank you to the team at California Motors Direct for making this such a positive experience. Very happy with the experience we had as soon as we entered Moe made us feel very welcome and comfortable and we came in for 2017 jeep but he had better plans to get us into a newer with less miles and came home with a 2024 jeep very happy with everything and If you need a new car , look for Moe

Prior to coming to this dealership, my fiancé and I read all of the one star reviews. Even with all those reviews, we still went to see. My fiancés sister helped do tons of research with green flags and red flags, what to look out for. And we left extremely happy with the car I purchased. Daniel went above and beyond with customer service and patience. Gave me the carfax, went to inspect it, test drove the car. Got myself mechanical service insurance through my union bank just in case because these cars are used. Ive had the car for about a month and have no problems what so ever, runs like new. 5 stars!!
