Had my doubts about shopping here as I had two previous appts made at the Fontana location only to drive 2.5hrs one way to find out the vehicle was at another location. Took a drive and chance and was met by my guy Joel. He apologized for the mishap and assured that if given a chance, he could deliver. And boy did he ever. From start to finish, Joel did everything to get me in and out of the dealer with precision and efficiency. My son now has a new car he wasnt expecting. I absolutely had probably one of the worst situations anyone could present to a dealership. Joel was so attentive and professional and didnt write us off because our situation wasnt ideal. He worked so hard to get us into a car and literally spent all day with us when he could have easily just moved on to another customer. I appreciate him so much and the finance manager , Frank, well lets just say he went above and beyond. They are one of the most professional and friendly dealerships Ive ever been to. I found pretty much my dream car here. Whatever you do, when purchasing a car here ask for Zach. He was the most helpful honest car salesman ever (and you know how car salesman can be) Super honest, funny and did his very best to get me the best deal possible. It took a while, and don’t get surprised when you see a fee for the theft gps because it’s already installed and all dealerships have it. They were super kind, helped me understand everything and gave me a great deal. The time was 100% worth it! Thanks to zach and the whole team🫶
