Frank is a great customer service

I been to 5 dealerships and came to California motors and spoke with Alex G. Not only didn’t he help me but he went above and beyond to make sure I was approved for a vehicle I highly recommend coming and speaking with Alex if you need a new or used vehicle….

You need a car, no credit low credit Great credit whatever it is MY GUY ARAMANDO COMPOS is the GUY YOU NEED TO SEE don’t go to anyone else he’s the MAN we chatted for a day let me know everything I and my wife needed to pull out a car and GODDAMN was I more satisfied than getting a rug in tug at a massage parlor from the moment we sat down it took about 45 mins to complete everything(that’s with us getting almost everything done over the phone) I really appreciate ARAMANDO he definitely the guy that deserves your business HIT HIM UP!!

We were less than 5 minutes into the lot when Keith assisted us and introduced himself. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure from Keith whatsoever. He asked what my husband was looking for and answered all of his questions. After deciding on a vehicle, the dealership drove the vehicle from another location to the Norco location for my husband to test drive. The entire experience was stress-free and everyone was professional and courteous. Keith made it all more enjoyable and informative with his knowledge of Tesla. My husband drove away with his Christmas gift, thanks to Keith and the crew at California Motor Trade in Norco!

Where should I start, Esteban was nothing shy of amazing. From the moment I walked in he already had the car I wanted pulled up front from the lot, he showed me the car, told me things about it I never knew, and honestly sold it immediately with his attitude. My credit was low and even then he was able to push through and fight to get me the best rate possible. Certainly did more for me than any of the other dealerships I visited the last few days. He made the purchase feel personal and really comfortable, I would recommend that anyone buy with Esteban and I would certainly recommend a manager position, his attitude and ability to get things done is what sets him apart from the rest. Thank you.

They worked with us and got us a great deal that fit within our monthly budget.
