Has a great experience with them, Especially with Eric, the man who sold me the car, he was extremely fast and professional. He kept me in the flow of things and I did not get a single vibe that he was trying to steal money or my time from me. Dealer is pretty good but Eric is a great employee and he deserves recognition for it.

We had the best experience with this dealership. Junior was our rep. He was extremely thorough and explained every detail. He made sure we were in the right car for our family. He also made sure that every we looked was in the right price range. He was very honest and straight forward with us. The location is very clean as well. My husband and I are extremely happy with everything this location had to offer us and how they worked with our credit. I definitely recommend them. What fantastic customer service. We were listened to and all of our expectations were exceeded! Our sales representative, Sean, was attentive, remembered all of our names, and followed thru on what he said! The vehicle he found for us what exactly what we had been searching to find for over 3 months. Sean did it in a matter of days! So I had been to SC Motors previously when I wanted to begin looking for a new car after mine had been totaled in a car wreck. I went and was helped by Carlos, he was very customer service oriented. He never complained about all my questions or even that I had my grandchild with me running around. Sad to say that time I did not make a purchase, I decided to wait, nothing grabbed me. So, recently our 2nd SUV started to give us trouble so I decided to start to look again. Low and behold Carlos the same agent was there to help. I remembered their kindness, patience and understanding. All were super friendly as well. Long story short I went in looking at one car and came out with one that I truly desired in my heart. With a great deal. They even served us well after closing to ensure we got a good deal. I thank God for Carlos and SC Motors for making the buying process easier. Oh, let me not forget to mention they got me a better deal than the pre-qualified deal I came in with originally. Look at God.😇👏👏💃💃👏😇

I have been looking for an Lexus RX450h for about a month and not sure if I spend my saving on the car. Saw Corona Motor Direct at Norco location carrying a exact model that I love so I decided to stop by for a visit. The staff are young but very professional, friendly, and down-to-earth, specially John A.. John walked us to the car and leave us all the time we needed to inspect and check it out. He lets us drove the car out for driving test twice. Paperwork went through quickly. Some small maintenance and repairs need to be done before I pick it up but any complaints about the car are being resolved professionally. And I can wait to get my car. Hope everything is going well. Would highly recommend this place and agent John A., if you guys looking for great car dealer. Check it out.

We were looking for a car for our teen daughters and have been researching options in our price range for months. We were working with another dealer on the same vehicle and they gave us ridiculous pricing due to 'accessories' that weren't transparent. After a failed deal, we worked with Miguel at OC Auto Exchange. Within an hour, he had picked up the vehicle we needed from another location, offered to fix a dent on the front passenger door and kept the cost in our price range. Miguel was efficient and provided excellent customer service. It was a positive car buying experience and a great example to show our kids. Thank you so much!

Dillon was great! We had a lot of questions and wanted to see multiple options - Dillon was happy to answer our questions, show us our options, and in the end (after some back and forth) I got the car I wanted for the price I expected. I have had poor experiences in the past with dealerships so I came into CMT with low expectations and I am leaving in my new car, pleasantly surprised. We will be back!
