Everything went well until I was suppose to pick up the car 2 days later the car was not ready, and the salesman was not there after telling us that he would be there & the car would be ready and waiting after doing some minor repairs Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in, and got the car ready, and was very helpful and apologize for his salesman other than that the sales manager was very professional, but the salesman was very unprofessional in completing the sale He basically took the money and ran and left the others to finish what he has started with no regard to the customer, having to wait an extended time, because of his unprofessionalism and lies

Jesse Perea is the man you should talk to! Honesty is his best trait! We showed up to check out an Escalade, it was detailed nicely, as described in the ad, and ready to roll, but we also asked to see some more trucks that they had on the lot. We looked at more than a few and without skipping a beat, Jesse would immediately pull up the carfax report to give us the facts quickly. He did an excellent job, and we are stoked with his service! The kids love the Escalade! Thank you!
